Bro I’ve been looking for a honest video on pricing from somebody not selling a “training program”. This is it. I’ve got 3 big apartments I’m trying to bid and this is gold.
While I’m always in favor of “training programs” I do understand that not everyone can get access to them. My motive is to help people that might not be able to get them. I want to be a blessing and help where I can. Thanks for the comment. And the support.
Thank you for discussing real numbers. So many people just won't put it out there and I understand why. No one wants to get in a bidding war if the local competition sees it. It really does help though.
Your really helping me out I’m a foreman with my uncle at his landscaping company and I’m in the process of starting my own business on The Weeknd and I don’t really have the money for billy Davidson’s 900$ dollar course . But I found you on here and been telling my younger brother about you . You are really helping me change my life and change a lot of peoples life by being able to create my own business with all these free tips and advice , god bless you and your family brother really. Great man 💪👏👏👏👏
Billy’s course has helped me tremendously. It’s worth it. But I do understand that it can be difficult when trying to start up. I’ll keep posting videos related to this to help you learn as much as possible
He's got a promo code billy499 and it's only $500 my first job paid $2100 and I wouldn't have gotten started without that course. It's definitely worth it.
This is Gold I tell you. GOLD. I had to pause and wait till I get home and take notes.😂 I walked in a local Autozone and lucky enough the district manager was there and I told him a pressure washing and restrict the parking lines he said he has a few that he runs.. fingers crossed.Quick question. How do I price that?? By the way new sub here. I blessing that there are people out there still giving FREE99 knowledge. Keep it up.
New subscriber looking to invest some money. I have tried doing mobile detail spent 5000 on equipment with out doing any research. It's hard to compete with 5 dollor car wash with free vacuum. People just want there car cleaned for the less. I have been thinking about doing pressure washing and paint stripping. Nice to find your channel and helping out the beginner with your trail and error knowledge. Save us some troubles
Sure. Let me know ill give you the number of an inside sales rep distributor. You can get a striper cheaper than that. Stick around. Thanks for the support
Great information! i appreciate you taking the time to present this information to people who are looking into start this type of business. How do you price hash marks for no parking and the hash marks that are beside H/C stalls?
What's the easiest way to layout a new parking lot solo...is there any Deadman boxes out there or devices that help or just stick with the cinder block?
Cinder block to me seems the most reliable in terms of the string not moving. As you progress if it’s just a basic restripe and the area is small and concise you should be able to place a Birds Eye and then stripe it. I was free handing them the other day. Take a few but you’ll get it. I’m sure of it.
Just out of curiosity why did you not include the three long lines that the 62 stall lines attach to? That's several hundred more feet... also looks like some of that needs to be cleaned/prepped before painting, isn't that a separate charge?
Hey Chris, I just sent in a quote for one of my first jobs and they think it's too high. Just curious, do you charge labor separate from the actual striping?
On the head to head parking do you not include the 9 ft strip separating the head to head parking. Two of them equals a full length single 18ft line. ?
I did not in that video, couldn’t accurately determine for sure the length. There are waaayyyyy more people more advanced than me. This is just a simple video of what I would have done. If I got a service call For more advanced info I’d recommend checking out Linepainter, Billy Davidson and some other people in the AK Roundtable.
