Don't see that ever happening. But it would be really cool if the modern American Masters, PTA, QT, Aronofsky, Wes Anderson, got together and did a short film compilation together. Some sort of theme or challenge with eachother. One, that just to me sounds amazing. Two, it might give QT and excuse to make an extra movie.
1) nothing wrong with movies for adults. The market is completely dominated by things aimed at kids - Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, DreamWorks, Sony etc. 2) A24 has made 2 kids movies and a bunch of movies suitable for preteens and young teens

I made two points and they don't conflict with each other They mostly make films for teens through adults, and this is not something to criticize them over, BUT your original claim implied they have never made a film for children which is not true. So where I put my emphasis would be dependent on what your perspective is. If you feel like they have made literally 0 kids movies, if you really think they "want every movie to be rated R," my answer would be "that's not true. They have two kids movies, including one this year, and they have made a number of other films that, while not aimed at children, are not inappropriate for kids or rated R (ie After Yang)." But if you're speaking in hyperbole and what you mean is that they should put a major focus on kids movies instead of it being once in a blue moon, then I would say "the market is already dominated by things for children. It drives the entire blockbuster cycle. Adult movies existing is a good thing" Hope this helps lol
@BrandonStruna-l9j Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, and Legend of Ochi You could also make an argument that Minari, After Yang, Eighth Grade, and The Farewell would all be acceptable for middle schoolers. But Marcel and Ochi are straight up kids movies
