These binocs go by a number of names, Qunse, Bnise, USCamel, and others. They all appear to be out of the same factory. The main difference seems to be the accessories included. I have both the 10x50 and 7x35 sizes, and are all excellent. I have seen a few in 7x50, but these are hard to find. There is no overall focus. Close the left eye, focus the right side with the right ocular lens (eyepiece). Then close the right eye, focus the left side with the left ocular lens. There is no need for any other focusing, these will then be in focus from about 15-20 yards on out to infinity. As you said, image is sharp, clear, bright. I really can't find anything bad to say about these binocs.
