I have a galaxy s8 and a galaxy a50 the galaxy a50 runs smoother and has a better camera and has more features than the s8 but the galaxy a has a 8 core 2.31ghz cpu and a amoled screen and the galaxy s8 has a 8 core 2.45 ghz with 4gb of ram like the a50 the s8 uses a super amoled screen but has a 3000mah battery while the a50 has a 4000mah battery the main difference is camera and gaming performance the s8 is better with games and the a50 is better at taking pictures.

@@ItzMeKarizma Longer update and more features on a50 because it is newer and already one UI 2.0 and already android 10 all samsung phones only have 2 years update support weather it is flagship or midrange so if you want longevity then galaxy a50 is better also it has better batter 4000 mAh with 1080p so has longer battery life also it can play any games with max same with s8 there is not much difference in speed in both phones so a50 is a better choice because it will have a longer support. For performance there is not much difference it can play any games at max without any lag.
everyone s8 is better s8 has a camera with 2160p than a50 that has 1080
now the best thing with a50 is that it has bigger screen and battery

Half a year ago I was thinking of getting the s8 but the price was out of my budget, so instead I got the a50. Very pleased with it, the quality of the camera is good. Barely any issues, definitely recommend the a50 for anyone with a low budget 😆
Almost same but if I'm not wrong sumsung S series still best in amoled screen resolution with more pixels and also best camera and aluminum frame and somethings

Well I have an a50 and I gotta say, s8 may be better BUT it s8 won't get android 10, a50 will get android 10 and One UI 2,0 as well

still have my S8 for 2 yrs and a half..is it worth replacing it to A50s?..though i'm not a heavy gamer but i am curious of A50s's 48mp since i travel a lot and need to capture better quality photos but i'm worried coz it's mostly covered by plastic unlike s8 is aluminium..i have my old samsung that has a plastic back cover and had a cracked because the battery can get very hot..
