DUV與EUV的不同是因為所用光波的波長完全不同的啊！這不是口水，是純談物理定律。華為肯定是用多重曝光的N+?不正常方法硬生產的，這種芯片注定device figure因為DUV所用的光波長太長注定繞射變形太大，造成不規則的隨機性扭曲更為加倍嚴重，很容易隨機的在某些導線產生成為過窄瓶頸而逐漸因電子的沖刷該處導線金屬原子而累積出metal migration而造成導線斷的open fault. 肯定也會因此也會造成芯片均壽較短。就是因此因素才良率超低的啊！更大問題是即使測時幸運通過，以後隨機不可測性open fault 發生而計算錯誤難免更易發生，手機也許就換機還好，如果是用在汽車上，事關人命，請禱告吧。
