I really wished you would allow them to enjoy the excitement of opening their own gift.I realize this is your first Christmas celebration. Our children here in the US can't wait until Christmas morning to open their own gifts.. It should have been placed under the tree until the night of the 24th or the morning of the 25th. So they would have something to be excited about Christmas morning. Hopefully, next year, they'll enjoy opening their own.

Does it get cold enough for warm hats? I was thinking it only gets into the 50s Fahrenheit in the cooler season if you are at higher altitudes.
