Usually after the sew and assembling, but you can put the eyes while crocheting the head & body part, between round 13 & 14, 8 stitches apart 👍😊

I’m new at crochet and really wanted to make this ladybug but can someone please tell me what those numbers on the top are
Hi I hope this helps. If it says "1. magic ring single crochet 6 (6)". The number before the period, in this case the number 1 refers to the number of the round, they are telling you what needs to be done in round 1. The number 6 which IS NOT in brackets is just telling you how many single crochet to do in the magic ring which in this case in 6. The number 6 IN the brackets is letting you know how many stitches you should have once you have finished the round. Therefore once you have finished round 1 you should have done 6 single crochets in a magic ring with 6 stitches in total.
