please I have a question, what if both spouse have a job offer in Japan. while applying for visa coming to Japan, can they apply immediately for the kids so they come together. kindly respond to this
The issue with certificate, it's only churches that have license from the government that can give out valid marriage certificate that will be recognized where ever you go and in such circumstances, you won't have to do court marriage and it's mostly orthodox churches that are licensed, though not all of them are licensed.
In a situation where a person just does traditional marriage and goes to wed in a church that is nit licensed to issue certificate such person will be said to not be married under the law, the person only did customary wedding.
Is a civil marriage enough?

The title of the video explicitly said FOR STUDENTS because I know my guest who went through the process is a student and the same MIGHT not apply to other categories of people who are not students. Same thing with the giving birth in Japan video, I was careful to write FOR STUDENTS because my guest who shared her experience was also a student.
Hi Sis, my name is CHISOM. I'm a single mum to a 2year plus daughter. Already I have a cousin who is in Japan there, he has applied for me to come to Japan to study their Language study then afterwards i can proceed for my Masters programme because I'm a Bsc holder in Microbiology. My question now is: how i will be allowed to bring my daughter to Japan as a single mum. Another is can i be allowed to travel down to Nigeria to bring her to Japan if granted the COE? I know this is a personal video but I would like to know when Japan admission ends on a yearly basis and how many intake do they have in a year?
Japan has two academic sessions (one in April and another in October), so the admission cycle is also about two because of this (can't pin point the actual period). About the number of intake yearly, I wouldn't know because I am just a student here and not directly affiliated with their admissions program. Also, you can refer to my scholarship playlist for more study in Japan related videos.
