Due to childhood trauma, I have been unable to study effectively at home, especially alone. I'm a grad student who often frequented coffee shops to study throughout the semester but this quarantine has made this impossible. I'm listening this while I study so to create some sort of simulation for myself to trick my brain to focus lol Thank you for this! When there's the guitar (it's that type of string guitar idk) starts playing, I close my eyes and drift into peace. Seriously, the way you mix that piano and that guitar together and that bass-like sound that doesn't really show up sometimes, I can feel it all and it's simply a masterpiece.

Due to childhood trauma, I have been unable to study effectively at home, especially alone. I'm a grad student who often frequented coffee shops to study throughout the semester but this quarantine has made this impossible. I'm listening this while I study so to create some sort of simulation for myself to trick my brain to focus lol Thank you for this! Between this video playing in the background, and the city sounds below me through this opened window, I really feel like I'm outside surrounded by strangers.

When there's the guitar (it's that type of string guitar idk) starts playing, I close my eyes and drift into peace. Seriously, the way you mix that piano and that guitar together and that bass-like sound that doesn't really show up sometimes, I can feel it all and it's simply a masterpiece.

this music calms me down way more than when i used to listen to pop, rock, or rap. i mean it makes sense since you're really not supposed to be listening to music with words in it when studying, but before i didn't know that. just glad i figured out jazz-hop cafe music helps me focus extremely well and sufficiently blocks out other distracting noises around me. thank you so much for this!!
