Love your video. Thanks for sharing. I'm planning to go up there too, but realised I need to be in much better shape after walking Ngungun every weekend for the past month and half. Looking forward to seeing that view too!

Glad you enjoyed it!!! Yeah it's a pretty good view up there, not 360 degrees though, but you still have good opportunities for some scenery. Best thing i can suggest for your first time is go with a group led by a couple of experienced guides. They will take their time and help you out on the trickier sections...

@@mariamuller4777 Yeah i haven't even done it yet. LoL. Both times i've been there it's been down the cave route.

A good climb up, nice job! Would be interesting to see how you descended a different route, I've only ever gone back the way I came.... unless you did multi-pitched abseil descents?

Yeah man!!! That's what we did, it's an awesome way down. There's caves LoL

Thanks for this. Wanting to know if this was the ‘tourist route’? And above I read you abseiled down caves route. Was this with a commercial guided group?

Yep, that's the tourist route. Didn't go with a commercial group, just a few mates who had their own ropes.

Good camera angle man. did you angle it up slightly? or was it flat on your backpack strap.

Cheers man, had it on the back pack strap sitting just below the collarbone angled up a bit. It's taken me ages to find a good position for the camera, but that one seems to work the best. Nothing more annoying than doing an awesome climb and seeing nothing but the rock directly in front of you. I also have the settings on 2.7k and with super view and hypersmooth.
