@@JuiceAnimations1 rotate them. I usually use two of them with one staying still and the other one that is huge and the huge one rotates on loop.

Curious to know how you made the characters fade into appearance like that, it looks so smooth!

I actually know this one.
1. You take a gradient that has the top color of your BG, and a transparent bottom.
2. You put all characters or desired objects under that layer.
3. You put anything else ABOVE those layers.
4. Animate the gradient moving up.
