Nah, the existing ones worked just fine. But any handlebar of more height might require wire change

Yes, bullet 350 can easily go to ladakh. I had alloy wheels with tubeless tyres just for the sake of convenience in case of punctures

I purchased it for the same price 2 years ago. I feel it is a bit overpriced, should be around 2.3. But I never regretted buying it. I also tried honda h’ness cb 350. Though it’s a personal choice but I liked riding classic 350. Never felt bored.

The trip costed us roughly 20k from Delhi including fuel expenses. But this excludes the preparation expenses(like bike customizations, saddle bags, spare parts, clothes etc) which varies from person to person. Hope it helps!
