I found another good way to lace them; tighten them up (not too tight) to where the middle of the shoe bulges out a little. The laces should be long and even. Tie them up the traditional way a little tight, and then pretty loosely double knot it. If you liked the fresh, out-the-box look (the second one in the video), but don't like how it only loops out from one side, this knot will satisfy your style.

You could also just take the laces out of the top holes and put them back in so that they are facing inward, and lay them inside the shoe. It's the tight look without any laces hanging out. You am also just slip on the shoe.
