⚘Re: #2. The exterior "texture" is very old type of varnish that has been effected by heat. It congels to create that outcome. You are correct, sanding won't touch it......but a paint remover/stripper can. Takes many layers of stripper & patience which you have. Than you can sand.

All the projects are lovely, but the first one with that gorgeous frame is my favorite because it gave me an idea of what to do with my floor lamp. I will be returning here when I paint my floor lamp to follow the color palette. Thank you.
And you are so right. We can find gorgeous old fabrics simply by going to thrift stores and/or garage sales. Fun!

Project #3 looks like a silky velvet rug, especially the first to colors give it a velvet touch and the complete project appear like a luxury rug, love it❤️

I just got 4 beautiful frames, for 39 cents a piece, at Goodwill. I found a beautiful mirror, that was half off, and it would have been $5, but I didn't have the room, in my car. Anyway, I am so glad you do picture frames, to give me some ideas. The one frame has some beautiful detail, and it is really old, you could tell by the way it was built. That frame turned out so beautiful. ❤️😊❤️

Hello, just wanted to thank you for teaching us to finger nit, I just made a beautiful blanket for my daughter. Im so happy to have a skill like that. You make it so easy to follow. I actually added chunky tassels to it at my daughters request and it makes it look so high end. Feel free to use that idea on your videos. It would be cool to see your ideas on how to make and attach tassels. You are a very gifted person!

I’ve been contemplating doing a canvas over original canvas painting just to change it..as you demonstrated a while back.. love love your techniques and that new stitch and blanket turned out gorgeous.. I love the neutrals, canvass are matching furniture colors perfectly. I love it, stenciling. Since I retired, I have been working on home diys. The crochet boucle blanket has great texture.

I love that blanket so many ideas to try. I guess what I need to do is just buy the yarn and just sit down and play with it until I have it down to a "T".
