I lived in CSL since 1962, never more than 100 yards from the mainline and cannot say it is worse. If you knew the tracks were there when you moved in, you should have known the risks
10 yrs ago,I was shown a house near train tracks,I ddidn`t buy the house.
The bell has too be rang by crew for safety..
