People need to raisw voices. Indian pvt. Sector literally sucks even if it is a big MNCs. Remote and hybrid work should be brought in practice for better worklife balance. Big MNCs like TCS, Infosys, etc. are more into bring the employees back to office despite everything working well in hybrid mode.

Try to merge your previous experience and make resumes accordingly...like Data analytics in Medical and Pharma field...make sure to get certificates on the skills you learn.
It would be helpful if you share resources or any course from where we can learn full stack java including spring and jsp or the roadmap that ma’am followed to master Java

Mera passout 2022 main hua tha but I didn't get any opertunity so left this it line and i am regretting why I did MCA and this worthless line I am now preparing for govt jobs at least they allowing every body to sit in interview atleast they give opertunity to everyone to show case their talent but it industry is most overrated industry in India this only in Hyderabad and banglore I say in my personal opinion to choose this line if you have a good mentor or background in it so that you can get jobs with recommendations or if you belongs from city like banglore hydrabad like cities 😢😢😢
