Some years ago, I had a dream that God took me up to a mountain and sat me on the edge of an open cave. At the side of this mountain there was a panoramic view. I looked up at the sky and saw a golden City suspended in mid air. It shimmered and glistened. Great Joy, love and warmth eminated from every part of it. When I awoke I knew it was the New Jerusalem. For weeks afterwards I was filled with the same joy I had in my dream. For a couple of weeks afterwards I felt on air like I was being carried everywhere by angels. It was the most amazing experience in my life, and humbling to have been part of. The city was definitely cubic shape. The most breathtaking place Ive ever seen. I was so inspired some weeks later I wrote a song about it called Messiah's Footsteps. I never took dreams seriously and still don't give them much thought, but this one I can't forget.!:-)
what a prophetic dream . it is exactly what will happen . when jesus takes us up to heaven for 1000 years ,the rest on earth r destroyed by his brightness , the dead lay as dung on a desolate void earth , and the dead live not again til 1000 yrs r fulfilled . satan is bound these 1000 yrs .....once the 1000 yrs r fulfilled we come back with jesus , he resurrects those dead dung , satan is loosed, then satan deceives them to make war at the 4 gates of the city we r in with jesus , the measurements I think was about 60 miles ,and has 4 gates and is square , this is all gods words.so satan will deceive those resurrected dung to make war against us who will be in this ship hovering above earth . u truly had a dream from god .no one has the correct teachings pertaining to the 1000 years . jesus will not reign on earth 1000 yrs . he comes to meet us in the air , we go up with jesus for 1000 years , then jesus said once the 1000 yrs r fulfilled we will come back with jesus in this dream is what we will be coming back in .

Mind blowing sermon! I still say, if you put 10 pastors in 10 rooms and ask them to explain the Book of Revelation, you will come away with 10 different stories. This is the BIGGEST problem with out faith! We can't seem to get any 2 pastors to agree 100% on the same idea or concept???
so true there is no way we are having a 7 year marriage in celebration in heaven while the earth is in the Great Tribulation. This is not consistent with the character of God. About the New Jerusalem the faithful awaited, this city is now in heaven, but after final judgment, when (all) promises are fulfilled, we are told, Rev 3:12 "I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God..."
About the Jerusalem city of this earth age (not the age to come), here is what the Apostle said, Heb 13:12-14 "Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore. For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come."

I'm thinking that the Renewed yeRU-sha-LAYim is available on a limited basis to those who have their spiritual bodies during the millennium, but that the barrier between the spiritual and physical realms isn't completely done away with until Satan is sent with all of his followers to be with the Anti-Messiah and False Prophet in the lake of fire, at which time the kingdoms of the earth will bring their treasures into it. The New Jerusalem will look like a mountain, because I believe it will be a dome - just like our earth. Rob Skiba has an image of a tabernacle model which was built by an engineer according to the instructions given to Moses by God. It is an amazing dome, instead of the rectangular structure we all imagined. The earth is a circular plane covered by a dome; the tabernacle in the desert was a dome...why wouldn't the New Jerusalem be a dome as well? That makes sense to me.

If not then their names are blotted out of the Book of Life and their souls wait Judgment in the Pit. Gentiles on the other hand can be accounted worthy to be grafted onto the Tree of Life into their place. Once grafted onto the Tree they are considered Elect God family members. I heard a conjecture, which I am still looking into - have not found anything to totally disprove it yet - that Jerusalem is the bride of the Father whilst the church is the bride of Christ. This would keep the "grafted in" distinct from the "native" even though they are intimately connected, sharing the same root. It's an interesting concept, but I would have to understand how a "birthright" figures in before I could accept or reject it. Part of the support for it is a 'type and pattern' in that Boaz took a 'gentile' bride by marrying Ruth.

Hello Peggy. All seed of Jacob are born Elect. Their names are already written into the Lamb's Book of Life. When they die our Lord decides whether they were a Live fruit bearing branch or not. If not then their names are blotted out of the Book of Life and their souls wait Judgment in the Pit. Gentiles on the other hand can be accounted worthy to be grafted onto the Tree of Life into their place. Once grafted onto the Tree they are considered Elect God family members. The Root of the Tree is Jesus. Once Jesus the Messiah came, all Elect must abide in Him.

Wow, the Latin 'Millennium' is translation of the Greek numeric 'Chilioi', which represents the (10x3rd power) unit of plural 'Thousands'. Also it is not the 'reign of saints that end, it is the Chilioi etee (Thousands Years) that end, the saints reign eternal.
Now forget 'Millennium', almost all is false teaching anyway. When Christ returns (a second time and not to bear sin again), he gathers the saints from where, "from one end of the heavens to the other", and why those yet on earth 'mourn'.
Explain Rev 20:5, Rest dead will not live UNTIL 1000 yrs were finished, that means they will be resurrected after 1000 yrs, then satan will be cast to lake of fire.

However There is the millennium period and after the millennium which eternity. It's impossible -that Millennium could be confused with the new earth . Some commentators say that this Millennium is a deposit new earth, but Isaiah describes the conditions in which people die a place where there is crying and pain and a new earth : "former things will not be remembered,
nor will they come to mind " , "the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more. " These words are similar to Revelation 21-22 . Also why still need recovery from disease for nations from the leaves of the tree of life in eternity ?
2 Peter 3 refer timing of creation of new heaven and earth to the moment of Day of the Lord who comes as thief at night and second return of Jesus -this is context of 2 Peter 3 . It would be hard to refer creation of new heavens and earth to end of Millenium -bible never says that destruction of present earth will be as thief in the night at end of Millenium -only at Jesus coming .

(ii) If the New Jerusalem were to touch down on this present earth the four corners would be no less than 70 miles above the surface due to the curvature of the earth -unless it's base is concave???? ***** It is not so much that Rev-20 should be read as written, but Isa 65:17-19 well describes Satan cast immediately into the grave (Sheol) and pit (Abyss), and this follows Rev12:7-9 validating Satan's fall, and Rev:12:10 then announcing in succession because of Satan's fall, "now comes Salvation" through Christ... and this is validated as same sequence in Rev 20:1-7. So yes, it is evident Rev 20:1-7 is presented to be taken in chronological order, and Rev 20:8-15 clearly addressing what happens when Satan released from the Abyss, leading directly to final judgment and all wicked destroyed in the Lake of Fire. Rev 21 then in succession describes the new (creations) of heaven, earth, and Jerusalem.

God scattered first the House of Israel for falling away, and then the House of Judah for falling away. The only people to return to the land and be driven out a second time, is the House (called) Judah... tribe of Judah and Benjamin.
I have a nagging suspicion for some reason, it was not God that had a Gentile king return (some) of the conquered people a second time to the land... from which they were driven from a second time.

I heard a conjecture, which I am still looking into - have not found anything to totally disprove it yet - that Jerusalem is the bride of the Father whilst the church is the bride of Christ. This would keep the "grafted in" distinct from the "native" even though they are intimately connected, sharing the same root. It's an interesting concept, but I would have to understand how a "birthright" figures in before I could accept or reject it. Part of the support for it is a 'type and pattern' in that Boaz took a 'gentile' bride by marrying Ruth.
