Sir I have a doubt 1:09:25 Here you says that "Tax" is a "Transfer Income" and we know that "Transfer Income are not included in the National Income" but in National Income ,Taxes are included.
Taxes are not included in National income. While calculating National income we deduct Net Indirect tax ( Indirect tax - subsidies) from NNP at mp. NNP at mp -( indirect tax - subsidies) = NNP at FC NNP at mp - indirect tax+ subsidies = NNP at fc Here we can see that after opening the bracket the tax are deducted and subsidies are added... Therefore tax is not included in National income...
