I thought I was doing something wrong until I saw this video because I just got one at recommendation by Lowe’s online as being eke one that would do everything I was wanting but it’s definitely not! It’s not what I thought at all and kind of disappointed. First, I thought it would shoot out solid perpendicular lines I can put on the road to cut asphalt (or hang up cabinets etc in a room layout) besides use it to survey the lot of my property, but I couldn’t see the laser outside at all and got the 1000ft one?! Want to Take it back!
By auto leveling you mean it can be used at places where the tripod is not standing on perfectly leveled ground? or do you mean it will auto-level immediately when you move it?

As in you get it close to level on setup and the tool does the rest once you power it up. If you move it this needs to be reset
