If I'm connected to City water I can turn on the water heater electric button? Or do I still need to fill the tank

Hey Rob,
If you are connected to city water you can turn on your electric water heater (you don’t have to have your fresh water tank full). As long as you are sure that you have water in the water heater tank. I’ve done a video on how to summarize that explains that part of things better.

I reversed the lines after winterizing. I have water in the tank but no hot water. Newbie .. help please. Is there a breaker somewhere?
