Chilli Plum Sauce 🌶🍅🥫

Plums are in season and here is a recipe I'd like to share with you. This sauce is quick and easy to make and pairs wonderfully with many roasted meats and also Asian dishes. I hope you enjoy it!

Hi Shiathor, about 30 - 35 minutes should do the trick. Just check to make sure they are very soft and this will tell you that they are done. Good luck!

@@danielwilson9842 cheers, thanks for the recipe. I have now made a few batches loosely based on this recipe in the last few days. I have to say the ones with brown sugar have come out better than the white sugar.

Thanks Jake! The print is drawn in pencil by an ex-police woman in Amsterdam who is now an artist named Malou Kalay. The meaning behind it is to always remain focused to achieve your goals and be proud of yourself! The sauce should last for up to 3 months in the fridge once opened or even longer unopened, hopefully it won't last that long though 😜
