GPT4All is great. I use it for Mistral NeMo on my laptop. It runs at 7 tokens per second on CPU at around 65 watts. :)

System specs? And would it work on a laptop with ryzen7 and 32gb?

System is Ryzen7 laptop with 16 gigs of ram and an nvidia 4060 with 12 gig ram. Yes, it should run fine on your laptop.
