I always cringe whenever I see building made from dirt, but you guys definitely know how to make it work. I am mega curious to see what you do with packed mud and mud bricks.
I'm really glad the direction of your edits in these RUclips videos. I've been subbed for a couple of years now and I always am thrilled to see how you've improved video making and never cease to amaze me with builds.
Fantastic video as always! I love the dirt combination, overall it creates the perfect subtle shade for brick, which contrasts nicely with the white pilasters. Beautiful terrace!
Love this video! It's so great to see your building process from the inspiration pics, to the planning and execution. For the embankment paths, have a look at Pixelriff's video on his Greatbridge, he does some really sutble but elegent texturing you could take inspiration from.
I know this is a 2 years old video but i just wanted to say that I find fascinating the style and the use of blocks, you sure know how to build and i’d like to start maybe replicating some of your builds, just to grasp the concepts and the tricks of building to then work my way up to a more personal style. Great videos and great work!!!
I absolutely love whiteburg city and what it’s become so proud of the team and how they are by far some of the best builders in the minecraft community. Please keep it up 👍!
Another option for the build colour could have been regular deepslate which is what it looks like irl, it’s like the grey wool used for planning but with texture
Those bricks on the real life one are just dirty with centuries of dirt and soot on them. The original colours would have been redder. Also I’m just a fan of the dirt texture and the way it makes the diorite pop
The variety of lamp post designs and quay texturing used in this city is so creative. The builds featured in this channel has inspired me so so much and made me start a project of my own. And by the way how do you make these thumbnails that have a diagonal border between two images?
I was just wondering, because last year I got back into MC Java, using world edit etc and building cities. But recently it’s forced me to move to Microsoft? Is there any way out of this?

Trying so hard to learn this style of building - your videos are such a treasure! Thanks so much WBC!
Glad you like them!
a realistic detail could be to add black gradients on the back of the building from all the soot and smoke coming from the train station
Beautiful! I love just how many details you include and how you’re able to tell history through them. That’s what makes a build feel most alive imo
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@WBCBuilds go guy v
dirt is love, dirt is life

I appreciate that!
Your buildings inspire me to build in Minecraft!
I love how you describe the details of the build relating to the real build. Sooooo good
It's such a joy to see the progress on Whiteburg City. Amazing work on the build and commentary on this one!
Fantastic video as always! I love the dirt combination, overall it creates the perfect subtle shade for brick, which contrasts nicely with the white pilasters. Beautiful terrace!
Idk why but your vids are so calming and better than most RUclipsrs. Keep it up!
Thank you! I try my best. Also I don’t like “speeding through” everything when there’s purpose to showing off the process
@@WBCBuilds yes, I think a how to plan a Victorian build would be very helpful to everyone wanting to build including me.
I mean, this video is literally that isn’t it?
This is so great to see after seeing all your renders! Made my day!
Hope you enjoy the video!
A good day is a WBC upload day
Amazing video WBC. The cinematic edit at the end was absolutely gorgeous.

Dirt is truly beautiful! Well at least when WBC Builds get their hands on it.
I think this video is great! I enjoyed seeing the planning stages of the build and how you included the history of the townhouses.
31:07 That's a really nice shot. Looks so grand.
stunning stuff with the terrace WBC, the finished product is so satisfying to look at!
Have you concidered a plan for The royal palace og Whiteburg yet?
A new video!! And about houses! Incredible!
Only a master builder can build with dirt and diorite and make it look amazing!
It’s all about the shape

Great Video!
Glad you enjoyed it
This man straight up was able to make a dirt house look great lol
TOWNHOUSES!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!
That was going to the title of this video 😅

@@WBCBuilds fair enough, just a thought
This may be my favorite video of yours so far! I can tell you put a lot of work into it. It definitely paid off!
looks great man
Thanks!
i think adding some flowerboxes along the embankment will break up the gray nicely
The embankment isn’t fully planned out yet. There’ll be trees along the road edge as well
Amazing! Your builds never fail to amaze me!
Love it one of your best videos, more of this 😃
Glad you enjoyed it
dirt houses have never looked so good!
Beautiful new build!
You and the build team did a fantastic job WBC. It's good to see you building again :3.
Great job! The end result was very interesting, even more with this beautiful cinematic, congratulations for dedicating so much to make this happen.
I feel the building next to it could be a set of out door toilets or maybe a pub garden
Hi I'm French and I loooooove ur builds.
Ur videos inspire me a lot to create my minecraft maps with my friends :)
absolutely love it mate, great job!
YaY!More building!
The placeholder block looked nice on that building tbh
I did think so as well. I guess it was the contrast between the light and dark that made it look nice
@@WBCBuilds maybe you guys will build another row of townhouses in that style.
That grey could work. Might need some texture though as it’s just grey wool
@@WBCBuilds that's what I was think
For Downing Street?...
I think, for all those asking for tutorials, this is far more useful 🙂

Absolutely brilliant video, what music was used in the video?
Lovely
Whats your thoughts when it comes to double scale builds?
great video, love the build. Is there any way to get the windows to look like that in single player?
Nice

Cool
How is Walhampton going?
Where is the july server update?
what minecraft are you playing? Java/Microsoft…?
Java
I was just wondering, because last year I got back into MC Java, using world edit etc and building cities. But recently it’s forced me to move to Microsoft? Is there any way out of this?
@@ajaxz940 You’re still playing on Java by the sounds of things. Mojang accounts were migrated to Microsoft accounts that was all
Why not jungle planks?
Could have had that as a forth option, but I went with the three I did just to keep it to the point
🍮
I'm not attacking the dirt, but the black looks better
nevermind I watch it with shaders I love dirt
This comment was seen as an attack on dirt and will be dealt with swiftly and directly
Grimmauld Place?
?
@@WBCBuilds It is a townhouse from harry potter set in islington, london
I see. As i explained in the video is a terrace of houses that no longer exists
@@WBCBuilds Its a townhouse from harry potter, I was just wondering if you'd build it in Whiteburg.
Did anyone else get Harry Potter vibes
no one knows how time-consuming it is XD
