Ah well, here's another meme I've been wanting to do for the longest time but never had it in me to go through with it until now.
Originally wanted to do it with my own OCs but, I had more interest in drawing KNY first hah......I'll do memes with them soon enough. I wanna introduce my bbys on the channel one day ;w;
I've been binging on Natsuki Hanae's (Tanjiro's VA) YT channel the entirety of making this video. If only I was more into horror.....and he didn't put the jumpscares as the thumbnails......I'd be able to properly watch the entire screen of his videos/not get scared at 3AM looking at my watch history when I scroll down aha...
It's still amusing to know irl he basically screams as much as Zenitsu/Inosuke while he plays video games wwwww He's great
Side note: I fuking regret doing this with characters wHO ALL ARE HEAVY PATTERNED WHO TF THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO DESIGN THE HAORIS LIKE THIS JFC THE POOR ANIMATORS--

For people who didn't know: This is pretty fitting b/c this meme was based on a song that was based off of a folklore tale about a young boy named Momotaro, because he was found in a peach (momo = peach), and the whole story is about going to defeat a demon with friends he makes along the way (or more like bribes them with food).

So, to tell the story more in depth:
There is a old husband and wife who live alone. One day, the old wife is washing clothes by the river, and notices a big peach floating down the river. The old woman brings the peach home to eat, but when they cut the peach open, there's a baby inside. They name him 'Momotaro', because momo means peach in Japanese. They treat him as their own child, and he grows up to be a strong young man. Depending on the source, why he goes to defeat the demon is kind of different, but he goes to defeat a demon on an island called "Onigashima". The old couple gives him food, a dessert called kibidango to eat on the way. He ends up making friends with a monkey, dog and bird by giving them this food, and they come along the way. They defeat the demon and go home. The end.
(yeah i neglected to mention his friends were a monkey, dog and bird but eh you know)
Also, in the lyrics, it says 'kibidango' which is the dessert Momotaro uses to make friends, (although it sounds more like kibidaaaaan because of the way the singer says it) and 'onitaiji' which means defeating demons, or demon hunting.
