The last 2 belts are supposed to be put through the same opening as the main belf, but one end will go from the baby's shoulders and the other end will lock behind the seat in the 2 vertical slits. This is in case if the baby is younger and needs to be secured better. Hope that helps!

Hello All, rest two belts are for using chair as a booster chair on another normal chair, you need to put it at the back and side holes while the chair is placed on another chair.hope that helps.

Try to press the small button of the legs and then push into the hole then it will fix.make sure the direction parallel to the hole of the chair.
