Those are strobes. Most cameras don't pick them up very well.

Around here (Central and Eastern Massachusetts) we have Worcester LifeFlight and Boston MedFlight.
that ladder truck needs more lights on it.Can barely see the lights.
Rescue 1 likes to play tunes with their electronic siren; I guess to make the public laugh or be confused. 😎

Hey brothers be careful running those red lights. Notice how the chief was the only one to stop. Remember, our lights and sirens ask for permission they do not grant us the right of way…
And use your sirens... just blowing the air horn doesn’t let people know you are an emergency vehicle.
