The driver doesn't need magnet, as long as someone within the boat has one, js like the other magnet. Magnet's attract stuff I don't think they would be given a restriction
For v4 before you light the lamps you need to kill a levi and bring the heart to the waterfall at hydra. It will freeze the island and then tou light the lamps

v1 gives you 5% more hp v2 gives you the ability to levitate up a little bit if you hold jump while doublejumping v3 gives an ability that nerfs enemies around you and buffs allied players near you (if youre a marine it nerfs other marines for some reason) v4 (1st gear) gives more buffs to allied players v4 (2nd gear) reflects/nullifies damage you take
