Chattering Mill

A little live recording from Sönke's piano recital from 27 Sept 2024 at The Longshore Room / London.
This Song is about the "Klappermühlen" (Chattering Mills) I grew up with in the "Altes Land" in Germany. Where during summer months farmers put up Chattering Mills to scare away the starlings who wanted to eat cherries ;-) .
A long forgotten sound now.
