My major 2025 puzzling goal is to not fall into the trap of hoarding puzzles. I love to thrift and I see its very difficult to pass up an almost free puzzle from a quality brand but if the image isn’t to my taste I don’t get around to doing it. So I’ve given serious thought to my criteria for buying a puzzle and it’s going better :-)
Sounds like a wonderful goal! I have a few puzzles in my collection that I will probably never do, simply because they’re not my style but they were gifted to me or I bought them for $1.
I have only completed one 2000 piece puzzle which was one I had ordered by mistake! I’m now doing my second one which I chose as a challenge. If there’s one piece of advice I’d give to someone doing their first. Is that if you’re a sorter you’re going to need a lot of trays, plates etc :-) It’s not easy to manage :-)

Thanks for the tip! I’ve done a 2000 piece puzzle before, I think it was a Thomas Kinkade. Made me not want to do puzzles for awhile 😅
