Have you ever noticed being on a flow then suddenly losing it when speaking with others?

Yes - for me it is when I become emotionally dysregulated. If I very anxious or embarrassed.

I recently started following your "switch the energy" tip and I've noticed that especially when i switch from anger/frustrated rambling to a more calm and maybe monotonous energy, it makes the people who are trying to trigger me a LOT more uncomfortable lmao and it makes me so much more calm and satisfied when i leave the conversation. Idk what it is but i truly think when you force yourself to switch energies, you trick your brain into not feeling an emotion anymore if that makes sense whereas when other people feel that deep breath to switch--they feel uncomfortable because now I'm not letting them project their insecurities onto me anymore, i think it might even make them feel slightly guilty for cornering me into a weird conversational place! Long paragraph but i just HAD to let someone know I've been so excited to share this 😅 I'm usually a HUGE people pleaser so this way of subtly standing my ground is super new to me haha

we are all interconnected, that's what's up ;) What you think/feel on the inside, you'll influence them. Proud of you for practicing the energy shifts.

I love this! I do a lot of this naturally but I am trying to learn how to hone & perfect, thank you! I especially find myself talking slow when I am delivering some bad news.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We need to listen more to what people have to say, even if we don’t agree with them. Probably those people the most.. Lol.. I’m a new subscriber and I enjoy your content. Much love and respect. Ying

We don’t do mood swinging because we usually don’t let people know our emotions.

Do you have a video on how to stick to your point and when to make analogies and when not to. I find that i get distracted by my analogies.

See all negative as opportunities and gifts to even better positives. That’s your starting point in mindset and how you speak about things with your team 😉
