    Ingredients:
    • 1 cup split green gram (moong dal)
    • 1/3 cup rice
    • 1/3 cup semolina
    • 2 grated potatoes
    • 1 grated onion
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
    • ¼ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 tsp chili flakes
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tbsp sesame seeds
    • Oil
    • Water as required
    To make Mango chutney:
    • ½ cup chopped mango
    • 150g coriander leaves
    • 7-8 mint leaves
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp ginger
    • 2 green chillies
    • 2 tbsp water
