I Want the part 3 of the Wayne Manor

I want Wayne manor completed when I make part three and then part four when the batcave is completed , but I have been hospitalised and not allowed to work for a while ,therefore not having the economy to do much on my larger builds. Anyway there will be a part three and four eventually.
