I was a customer for a long time. When I tried to change my number, my phone stopped working and wouldn't make or receive calls. I talked to 7 customer service agents and none of them got my phone fixed. I was without service for OVER 36 HOURS so I called and canceled my service and went to AT&T. I had half of a month of my service left and wanted them to refund me the money that they owed me. The refund guy was very rude and told me that I would have to call my bank to get my money back.

Do you mean you have to use the phone with the carrier it's made for, for a time of 6 months before Straight Talk will unlock it?? Or do you mean you have to have an existing Straight Talk service for 6 months PRIOR to obtaining the locked phone and attempting to activate it with Straight Talk?? I apologize, I just didn't understand your answer and would appreciate your clarification and your time. Thank you in advance and thank you for doing a public service and and educating people because calling customer service at Straight Talk is always a nightmare. I am fairly tech savvy and feel like it's difficult to get help from their customer service department so please know what you do is appreciated!
I don’t have a SIM card in my box. Does it suppose to come with a SIM card? If I buy a new one it won’t match the SIM card number the phone came with.

It keeps sayin esn err for some reason im not sure why because this has never happened before with the same phone
it probably is activated with another phone number already, that is why it says error, if that is the case, you have to close that account, then you will be able to activated with a different number
Can I use a straight talk phone in Africa with another line..
