The hood is ridiculous, and the reason why Peter did not want to fit it. You have, and are de-valuing this boat. Nobody has impounded your boat, and you are free to leave at any time - you would have been served with court documents to impound it. If you don't pay the bill, the marina will take you to the small claims court, where you will have your say, but leave now and there is nothing they can do other than whistle 'dixie' until they serve the documents at your bungalow. My advice is let them sell it and pay you the remainder of the sale after their bill and fees.
So tell me why we are de-valueing the boat we have spent £107,000 on it, this has been our dream for 41 years, your quite free to give Cox's a call to see if they have impounded our boat, they have told us that we can not take it out of the marina, so that's the same thing in our eye's, we are in communication with the directors and have a meeting this Wednesday so we will see then what the outcome will be, and we can not sell it and we certainly would not sell it and we certainly would not get Cox's to sell it, being has we have spent all this money on her, so thanks for your comments they are great just what we wanted to hear we love all the comments.
Hi thank you for your comment, we have been sent an email from them, and it's not looking good, we haven't done a vid lately as we don't want to get in to any more trouble, we are just trying to sort it out, but if things go wrong then we will be doing a update video that's all we can say at the moment so thank you once again..❤
I cant understand why you bought a boat with so many bedrooms, plenty of boats similar size ideal for liveaboard with less bedrooms. What made you take it to Cox"s ? bad google reviews for work done . your last bill is way over the top ,it doesnt take that much to cut out floor joists and glass in new joists. If youve put that cover on stern door to stop water at door entrance ,you should have had a drain to bilge fitted instead of that cover.
There is a drain in it, it's just that the dogs hairs leaves and muck get stuck in there and when it rains it fills up that's why we have had the stern cover, reason we went to cox's we are new or were new to Norfolk broads and we just went on to internet and found cox's who looked a reputable company, this was over 2 years ago and reason we got a boat this big is because we wanted the room, also we have had half the beds taken out so it's only a 6 berth now plus we have 2 big German Shepherd's one being like a horse so they needed the room too, and also this has been 41 years dream to have this type of boat hope this has answered your questions, but please feel free to answer anymore questions.
@@michaeljones8016 Hi, it has a middle cabin and an end cabin and we are hopefully going to be living on her permantly, this was our intentions that's why we sold our house and everything in it, so one of them bedrooms will be like a washing room has we have a washing machine in it and also for our clothes towels etc. and the other bedroom for when our friends come and stay.
Hi, we are planning on one very soon, we are trying to sort out the problem with the boatyard has they have issued a invoice with some of last years work on it, thinking we had paid for that work, they are putting restrictions on us wanting to put a tracker on the boat, and we are not happy about the whole situation this is no fault of our own, my husband has just had some devastating news that he only has 2 half years left to live, and we really do not need this stress and certainly my husband doesn't, so please bear with us and I will try and get one out, with the full story from what has been happening hope you understand.
that peter from jckells seems a very nice guy
you need to stop filming while your driving, if the police see you you might get a fine and points for it.
