I was hoping you would post a vlog soon as I've really been missing them 🤗! Don't be so hard on yourself about needing breaks during your workout or not being able to complete the reps at a faster pace though Em! Here's some advice I learned many years ago from Shaun T (maker of "Insanity"): "It doesn't matter how many breaks you take as long as they are short and most importantly, as long you maintain correct form you will still achieve the same results. Go at your own speed and never compromise your form in an attempt to keep up with the professionals in a workout video or in an attempt to knock out more reps"! 😘 😘😘

Sarah Emily Amanda so true and I quickly learnt that🥰 perseverance is key and I love working out purely for how good it makes me feel metallurgy so I just enjoy it and literally don’t push myself at all💘
