Thanks so much!! I removed the filters 2 days ago and cleaned them all and then let them dry thoroughly... BUT, I forgot how to put it all back together! It seems that after 50 my blonde "moments" have become hours! Its always nice to have a man around when ya need one!
THANKS so very much for this video which saved me from a lot of aggravation. Being the arrogant smarty pants that I am I just started taking cups and filters apart, how hard could it be, right? And it really isn’t difficult once you have instructions from someone like you! Thanks again and have a Happy New Year! 🎉😊
L👀ks like some people in here weren’t the only ones that didn’t know how or forgot how to put the bagless filters back in place for the bissell powerforce helix turbo vacuum cleaner I myself did know how to put it all back in it place.😒😏💁🏼♂️till I came across this video , so thank you D.M.P 😄👍🏻
You did not say what model it was. It looks like a model 68C71. A model 68C71 just came in today at Redmond Washington Goodwill for $24.99. It appears to be in pretty good shape. The brushroll spins, but needs cleaning. Also, it is missing the turbobrush.
Hi, I have a question about the brush? My vacuum was working fine until I started smelling a burning smell. I took it apart to see the belt it fine but the brush isnt working. What do I do to get it working again? Delete if not allowed
Usually, there is something impeding the brush to spin, yet the rubber belt is spinning, which causes friction, which causes heat, which is causing the burnt smell. Look more closely for yarn or hair, or something similar, wound tightly on the sides of the brush roller. It could be tucked in and tough to find.
Thank you so much for the video but I seem to have one “extra” filter that is larger than the one that goes around red filter. Anyone have a clue? It’s not shown on video when you are taken it apart. 🙄
I have the same vacuum I bought at Walmart going on 3 maybe 4 years now. Replaced the roller brush & belt & that's it. Weird, I have 2 washable pre-black filters than the main filter, then down to the pre-motor filter, then air filter. You are not to wash the HEPA like filters.
The filter that is positioned where it reads "washable filter" on my bissell is a bit different. I had my vaccuum in storage for a few months and when i went to use it, it sounded awfully louder than before. Does anyone know what could be wrong? I washed and let the filters dry before reassembling. I changed the belt and also got rid of all the hair around the brush.

It's been a while and, you're correct, we did not indicate the exact model number. Not sure the exact model number.
thank you very helpful ,
We're glad it helped! Surprised Bissel doesn't put out a quick video right from their offices.
Gracias 👍🏽
De nada!

@@DigitalMarketingPartner Thank you so much!! I will check as soon I can!
How do you keep the small filter that’s located behind the red plastic from disconnecting while using it?
It should be secured when all put back together.

I have two foam circles on mine

Could be something stuck on the brush, depending where the noise is coming from. Is it the motor that is louder or is the sound similiar to suction?
How do you clean the part where the print is (where it says Bissell powerforce)?
A damp cloth should work. It won't be as thorough as washing it, but it should suffice.
