      I was very excited until I did my research and read as many reviews as I could, and unfortunately many women stated using it religiously for 2-5 months with absolutely no results on any wrinkles or for their nosalobial folds, no plumping, no results in laxity or sagging, and some said nothing more than maybe a slightly dewier look. It’s a lot of money to spend on something that gives you no results after such prolonged use.

    At 55, I am told I look much younger, a student at a class I was teaching said I look 35 😊. This is what I do: I use retinol (not over my eyelids) every second or third evening, and vitamin C, i use red light therapy, micro current (Nuface but zip may be superior) , an amazing neck cream, of course copper serum every few days (very inexpensive, I use the ordinary) also a few serums, and I do consume hydrolyzed collagen, vitamin D , and I try to drink a good amount of water and exercise regularly, and I try to sleep on my back (I have a special pillow to help with this) hyaluronic acid is ok but it will suck the moisture out if u are in a dry climate, so slather moisture on top, also… some people like snail mucin for extra moisture or there are a few other good serums (esp Korean. Finds like beauty of Joseon), I haven’t tried NEWA yet for jaw laxity but I will try soon, laser treatments can be good too like Fraxel esp for under the eyes. For dry eyes, surprisingly, in addition to a heat mask and preservative free eye drops, caster oil, and the eyelets surprisingly seems to help lastly, I forget the name for it, but if you have quite dry eyes as I do, you can put your eye cream on and then put an ointment on top , Dr Dray recommends this , and it so works ! (Even Vaseline, if u have nothing else, will work). Yours in glass skin, cheers 🥂

      Sounds intense

    • @debSGSS
      @debSGSS Месяц назад

      @@ursulaalvarez817 It is a long paragraph that included suggestions she does not use herself. Other than tossing in "laser treatments" and "also a few serums", I found the routine pretty typical. Topicals: retinol, Vit C, copper peptides, neck cream, humectant/moisturizer. (My personal opinion is just to use your regular skincare on your neck. There is nothing special in neck cream..it is usally overpriced moistrizer.) Home Devices: LED & NuFace microcurrent. The rest of the paragraph was about dry eyes, but no extra topicals or devices were discussd other then an occlusive like Vaseline. I do wonder how many other serums is "a few" and how much laser work they have had done. Ultimately the laser work would have done alot of the heavy lifting depending on what was done. I am obsessed with GHK-Cu (the only copper peptide with studies) and have been using it since 2003. The Ordinary or NIOD serums are too dilute (1%) for really great results. I use 3%. I either formulate my own from pure powder (you can order it from labs) or dilute Skin Biology's (Dr. Pickart discovered the functions of GHK-Cu in the body & skin) 7% accelerant. It is just 7% GHK-Cu in water with preservative. No need to add a bunch of fillers your skin doesn't need. Skin Biology does sell 3% GHK-Cu serums and creams, but I just prefer my own. I don't think I look 20 years younger than my age though! That is a bold claim. Ethnic background does make a big difference genetically. I am a fair skinned blond with Dutch heritage. We didn't win the genetic anti-aging lottery!!!

I had just closed the page after posting my comment when 5 minutes later I got a notification...but it was for missdee's reply asking about the neck cream. My long paragraph was missing. This is the 3rd time it has happened. Are there glitches or are comments being deleted? There was absolutely nothing controversial about what I posted. It was mainly backing up that I don't think this routine is overly intense.

    I’m so looking forward to receiving my New+ device from Dr Rajani. I’ve been using the red light mask since May and I’ve noticed recently a huge improvement. I’m 67, naturally slim and had significant hollowing out under my cheek bones and under eyes. My skin is now actually looking quite plump and the under eyes hollowness is gone. I hoped for an improvement but this is way beyond my expectations. I use if 3xper week for 10mins. I also take collagen powder.

    I have been using this Newa device 6 days a week for over 10 weeks now and I am not seeing any visible results. My fine lines are actually looking a little worse. Any sagging skin I have looks the same, and it hasn't helped with hyperpigmentation either. How long will it take before I will see any positive results? The gel is very messy and not nice. I wish there was a device that worked well and does not require the conductive gel. If anyone knows of one please let me know. This device is very time consuming as well. I'm really hoping I didn't waste $350+ on a device that isn't going to do anything for me. All the time wasted is concerning as well.

      He DID just say - in this video - that it's the higher temps in RF that can cause fat loss.
      So...
      1) he gave the max temp for this device - it 8s not high enough to affect fat, and...
      2) the lips and surrounding area are muscle- not fat, and...
      3) do not use RF in upper facial areas- as these upper areas have fat, that we want to keep.
      So, keep your RF usage contained to lower areas of your face.

    You're great at being a model Dr. Rajani and education. Also PRE menopausal women purse their lips because they think it looks sexy. And Speech Pathologists are frequently pursing their lips doing therapy. NO ONE ever told us that would cause lip lines later as we aged unfortunately. I had to purse my lips doing lip exercises when I was paralyzed and couldn't speak very well at all for almost a year. NO it wasn't due to a stroke. It was due to being severely harmed by those who fell into the trap of evil and ignorance which infiltrated this nation for the last 20 years.

    I'm on the verge of a purchasing this device.. I emailed News to see if I could use it if I have metal dental implants. They never got back to me and I can't find any info, although, some of the other brands say that having implants is a contraindication to using their RF device. If you have any feedback -- Please let me know.

    • @j.w.1113
      @j.w.1113 Месяц назад

      Hi @susan8839.
      I’m an MRI technologist. I deal with magnetic fields and RF energy. The RF (radio frequency) in the device can interfere with electronic or digital devices that are implanted in a person. The RF frequencies can disrupt for example a cardiac pacemaker or a spinal neural stimulator. That’s a huge no no!
      Your dental implant has no electronics.
      Radio frequency waves (RF) are the same as AM/FM waves sent from radio station towers that your radios pick up music from.
      RF is used in MRI, it’s a major part of how the image information is received.
      RF can cause heating in the body tissues.
      That’s normal, because RF energy deposited into the tissues converts to heat. I scan patients all day/everyday with dental implants and other metal hardware (joint replacements, spinal fusion etc.) Those are not an issue.
      RF is why this facial device heats up. And you want the heat/RF to penetrate into the superficial tissues to gain the positive collagen effects.
      I have a couple dental implants and have had clinical laser (RF) treatments before.
      Double check the manufacturer wording for contradictions again. I believe I read it as saying “electronic devices”. Which is not referring to dental implants.
      Maybe way more information than what you’re, but hopefully this helps.

    I’m 50 years old, I had Artecoll filler about 15 years ago. Unfortunately, it migrated to the top of my left lip, so now my left lip is slightly smaller and lower than my right side. I have small lips and I hate it. I was told by multiple drs that I can’t put filler in my lips because of artecoll. They can’t dissolve it neither.

    I bought one of these device. In the instruction manual, there was an FDA warning. It read that "If you have , or ever had cancer, do not use this device." It was a home laser device. WHY would that warning be on this type of product? I have been calling the FDA, and they are NOT returning my calls. I have asked Dr's, and they don't know either. Seems odd, because the Dr's I have asked, have laser devices, MUCH more powerful than any home device. Additionally, I have had MANY Co re laser treatments, and I have NEVER BEEN asked about cancer.

    I love "Angel lift". It's a silicone device you place between your lip and teeth for about a half hour to an hour a day. Literally keeps volume in your lips. Creates slight pressure so your lips don't cave in over time due to receding bone as you age. Check it out! They were on shark tank many years ago, created by dental surgeon who realized it helped lines around the mouth. I've been using them for 10 years now and they definitely work. Also quite affordable. 🤷 I'd love to see review of these by Dr Rajani. 😀

I have tried multiple things that have not worked well (filler, microneedling, red light, tretinoin) for various reasons that I figured out, and some I have not. I have lost quite a bit of volume, and my skin is crepey. Nothing is working, and I'm losing hope. In two years, I look like I've aged 10 years.

I use the creams with estrogen, progesterone and testosterone from a NP/doctor in a compounding pharmacy; my skin is thicker, hair stopped thinning, libido returned, but I also did it for bone health as I contracted osteoporosis after steroid treatment; you will need a Dutch urine test every 3 to 6 months to check your hormone levels; Also check into anti-aging supplements and collagen powders you can add to food or drinks.
      A functional medicine doc or Nurse Practitioner specializing in health issues like this can guide you. Good luck!
