- This is our suite tour onboard Explora 1 cruise ship from Explora Journeys. This is the Ocean Terrace Suite, which is the lead in cabin type and it is absolutely beautiful! We loved our stay in this suite and it was the height of luxury.. can't wait to go back!
Amazing!! 🥰
Really liked your review, gorgeous suite! Thank you!
Based on your three videos of Explora, I booked a cruise in February Miami to Colon - very excited to be sailing on her
That’s amazing! We’ve just had clients return and they absolutely loved it and booked again, so hopefully you will too.. !🥂
Nice Review... Thanks so much.
I will be traveling in it July.
Have an amazing time 🎉🥂
👏👏👏
The ship has NO Main Dining Room, which mean people will be split up amongst the other dining venues, which means if everybody gravitated towards one or two, they will be fully booked and have to reject people. The lux ships that have a main dining room that can Seay everyone don't have this problem.
Hi there - can the bed be pulled apart to 2 single beds?
The majority have king beds (can’t be converted) but you can request twin beds at the time of booking 👍
Enjoyed your review and video(s). Thank you. Question regarding still bottlee water onboard Explora. We have heard that Explora does not have any. Is this true? Thank you.
Hi James, we drank the ships water which was placed in the cabin in glass bottles. It tasted fine (not like a swimming pool !) so we stuck to that. Not sure on buying the bottled water onboard, but will ask one of our contacts at Explora and come back to you (next week now). We loved the ship and can’t wait to go back on her again, we are currently on Holland America and it’s a rather different experience!! 😂
Just had a response and they’ve said they have Perrier or Culligan filtered water sparkling or non offered in all suites.
How the service and everything compares to for example a normal MSC cruise on Yacht Club level?
Haven’t done yacht club on MsC but it’s equivalent of Regent or Seabourn, impeccable service! 🥂
Do you think this cruise would be good for early 40s to early 50s couple's? My fiancé and I are looking to take a luxury cruise for our honeymoon and inviting some friends along.
Absolutely, we are early 50s and loved it! Incredible food, great suites, and really modern vibe. Understated elegance, similar to being in a luxurious land based hotel. Sitting in the oversized outside jacuzzis with a glass of Moet is just wonderful! It would be perfect for a honeymoon. Hope this helps 🥂
