D. W. We arrived at like 4 to wait in line and we got in the doors at 5 and then they took us to buy merch so we wouldn't have a line and then we started the q&a at like 5:30-6ish. The opening acts of the concert started at like 8. Ariana came out at 9:15

There are multiple levels of vip. We were the let me love you dance party vip. We just went to her Q&A before the show and had access to the private hang out room. There was also a higher level of vip where you also get to go to the Q&A and then get to go meet her and take pics as well. Unfortunately they were sold out of the higher VIP with the meet and greet when I tried to get tickets. :(
