    Friends, today I am sharing Anand (Gujarat) famous street food Green Moong Pulao Recipe.
    This is wholesome healthy meal and very tasty. Only curd suffices with this item and it makes your lunch / dinner. I hope you would like this recipe to try at home as this is easy and quick one, yet so tasty. Only curd and papd suffice to make a lunch or dinner with it.

    INGREDIENTS
    ¼ cup mung (मूंग)
    ½ cup basmati rice (बासमती चावल)
    A glass of water (पानी)
    ½ tsp salt (नमक)
    ¾ tbsp oil (तेल)
    ⅛ tsp hing (हिंग)
    ¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
    ½ tsp salt (नमक)
    ½ cup water (पानी)
    5-6 garlic cloves (लहसुन)
    Chopped ginger (अदरक)
    1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पावडर)
    ½ tsp salt (नमक)
    ⅛ cup water (पानी)
    A glass of cool water (ठंडा पानी)
    1.5 tbsp oil (तेल)
    A chopped onion (प्याज)
    Chopped green chilies (हरी मिर्च)
    Chopped tomato (टमाटर)
    ¼ tsp turmeric powder (हल्दी पावडर)
    ½ tsp kitchen king masala (किचन किंग मसाला)
    Salt to taste (नमक)
    ½ tsp red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
