Yay! Im not the only one who didnt take care of my skin sooner but im pretty late in the bandwagon. Im 62 and except for moisturizers and practicing cleanliness, i started sunblock only in July 2023 but it was only after using castor oil since February did i see a miraculous improvement in my skin. I agree that we dont need to put a lot of products on our skin. Just the basics and healthy lifestyle. ❤ Thanks for your video!
Dealing with hormonal acne scars has been a struggle, but since incorporating VT reedle shot 300 into my routine, I've noticed a significant improvement dark spots. It's like regenerating my skin!"
Angela, I kid you not I was gonna comment and say that Vitamin C oil from Skinscentuals is something you should try cause it’s MAGICAL! I’m so glad you put it in this video!! My mom had a sample she got for free and gave it to me and I didn’t think much of it…until my forehead wrinkles DISAPPEARED! I couldn’t even believe how amazing my skin looked!!! I can’t afford the product now, but believe me, I’m saving up 🤣
I just LOVE how real you are Angela!!! I’m 34 years old and a mama of 2, I don’t need all the “fluff” just give me the real and relatable stuff!! The weirdos need to stick together 😉 I’m here for it!!
Shani Dardens retinol and lactic acid. Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid exfoliant was a game changer for me. My skin went through a weird purging. I could see a change after 1 month of use. Also, a serum to try is Dr. Nigma serum N#1. Having a monthly facial by a professional.
Thank you, I have been neglecting to take care of myself and I am 46, I have always spent time taking care of my family first. Now I am noticing bad signs of aging and I am starting to look like my mother. I love my Mom but she is definitely not aging well.
Angela as an FYI your Vitamin C serum has expired - it should NEVER be that brown. Ideally it should be colourless. A slight tinge is not a problem per se but Vitamin C Serum that dark has completely oxidised and you are now effectively oxidising i.e. aging your skin. That particular serum is very expensive hence why a lot of women use dupes so that they can refresh it often i.e. every 2-3 months. Good dupes are the Timeless Vitamin C Serum, Maylove, Geek & Gorgeous and Paula's choice C Serum. Also storing the C Serum in the fridge prolongs its life.
I stopped coloring my hair about a year ago and for the first time in my life I actually like the color but the texture is taking some getting used to. ❤❤❤
This sounds crazy, but I only use olive oil on my face and I mostly don’t use cleansers (no makeup most days). Just warm water and more olive oil! I’m 40 and my skin looks pretty darn good!
Wait, what?! I can use extra virgin olive oil from my pantry? May I please ask how often you do it and how many drops you add to the warm water? I eat very clean and am slowly going as non-toxic as I can. I’ve never worn makeup in my life, and now I don’t even use face wash. My skin has never been clearer or firmer, BUT I do get a little dry in the winter and I have fabulous laugh lines.
@@Rosie_CHi Rosie, so yeah I do a healthy slather of high quality organic olive oil after each shower and if I do need to wash off any makeup before bed! I shower in the morning and don’t use any face cleanser in the morning to try to retain good oils your skin makes overnight! Sometimes I add more olive oil mid day if I feel dry in the winter. It’s all about creating a moisture barrier to keep water in!
I absolutely can't sleep in my back. I bought a pillow specifically made for side sleeping and it has helped a lot with not smashing my face into the pillow.
I recently bought a Blumene face pro from this video and I can't find a good "how to use it" video... Will you consider making one on how to use it and tips and tricks you've learned while using it... Thanks😀
Yes having a professional shaving your face is the best because they use the correct tool for dermaplaning, the ones people buy will leave marks on the skin when you're older.
I just think I’m not willing to give up my side sleeping cozy position that helps me feel the most bedsheet matwrial as possibe- its just too heavenly to give up- even for less wrinkled skin.😅. Great video. Thank you!
I have determined that getting adequate sleep will increase your overall health, and therefore, side sleeping it is for me. I have tried to train myself for sleeping on my back several times, and I was miserable. I already struggle with sleep, so doing something to reduce wrinkles, but causing me to get even less sleep, isn’t a good trade out, IMO.
Very useful review :) Thank you for sharing all tips! Vt reedle shot is my fav too😍😍 It is affordable product that can take care of slow aging at home conveniently.
Angie, you are beautiful! It's hard to beleive that you have born eight children! You live on a farm, out in the SUN lots of time! So glad to have come across your videos!😊
Angela, I need a favorite hats and sunglasses video.😂 I’m in the sun a lot and covered with dark spots. I have thick hair too and it can be hard to find good sunhats that are cute and stay on.
I didn't believe that it would work with "anti-aging" but I felt so different after using reedle shot, my skin texture changed first and I can see my dark spots getting lighter 1month after. Still can't belive iit's happening
I am enjoying life at 40 and aging backwards too. hehe. I had really bad adult acne in my 20s. I use a Vitamin B oil cleanser and Foam Cleanser, both from One Love Organics. It saved my skin and I have been using it for a decade now! Hooray! You go woman, working hard. The sun is actually GOOD for you, but being out too much to where you can burn is really bad for you. We need more vitamin D! I wear sunscreen moisturizer after my regular moisturizer. Also if you use snail or bee stuff for your eyes, that is amazing. I ran out and need more. It helped my eyes not be baggy (which they are lately since I nurse in the middle of the night and am tired). I enjoyed your list.
In addition to some real good content, this video made me chuckle…smitherines…….. just sharing flippin sunscreen…l just got off the mayflower………😅 so glad I clicked!

Thank you for those tips! I absolutely love the Nelly devuyst Radiance Melatonin Oil!! My husband works in conventions and I was introduced to this for the first time. . But I fell in love with it and I'm running out😌 but it's kinda expensive
As far as products I notice a HUGE difference when I don’t use the TBT line from Dime beauty. I have moved away from it twice to try other things, but both times have noticed I just don’t look at bright.
I use Mary Kay TimeWise Repair Skin Care products and also Mary Kay cosmetics. I’ve used this brand of skin care and cosmetics since 1989, and am not using anything else. I am 72 and also color my hair. I may be old, but I have no intention of looking old! 🤣
I would say the benefits of Vit D from the sun and other benefits are a bit better than spray sun tan. To each their own. I appreciate this video but just commenting for others.
Great Video 🎉 and I’m absolutely in the same boat when it comes to people asking me if I’m sick when I don’t have makeup on. I have fair skin very blonde hair + eyebrows and lashes. I really look like a glass of milk without makeup 😅
What about a daily moisturizer? Is there a certain order to applying these products? Would I apply sunscreen first then moisturizer? Which products are used during the day vs at night? I really don't know much about skin care, but I am trying to learn.
Look up Dr Dray's videos, she's a dermatologist and has so much information! But for your specific question sunscreen should be last in your skincare, so moisturizer first!
Obviously Sunscreen, hats, whipped beef tallow moisturizer, Gua Sha, exercise, water, and a well rounded diet. Also genetics. No makeup, no quimky cleansers or face products. dermaplaning there's probably more but can't think of it
Do you buy your tallow moisturizer or make your own? A friend in another country is experimenting making a lotion just from coconut oil and tallow and I NEED to figure out how to make my own.
Let’s talk about Vitamin C! It is a great product and I use it daily. However, ladies beware!! Vitamin C is very unstable. To be the most effective, it should be colorless and odorless If your vitamin C product smells like hotdog water, then it has probably oxidized and is less effective. SkinCeuticals packages their product in a brown bottle to help preserve it. Timeless also produces a vitamin C serum that is the same formulation as SkinCeuticals. The Timeless product comes in an airless pump to help it last longer. Because vitamin C is the latest and greatest thing in skincare many companies are marketing it in all forms. Ladies, do your research and make sure you’re getting the best benefit from your vitamin C product.
Instead of all these expensive products that may have weird ingredients (honestly, have any long term studies been done on them?) You can use natural ingredients on your face: Baking soda mixed with either water or a pehaps a healthy extra virgin coconut or olive oil, jojoba or castor oil makes a great exfoliating blend (once a week or every other week). You can use honey as a healthy facemask! Apple cider vinegar is great for your skin! I use any of the natural oils I mentioned as my moisturizer. I like to use lemon juice to lighten sunspots and give my face tons of healthy vitamin C. I'll use a slice of fruit like watermelon and rub it on my skin...it can exfoliate, message and give your skin vitamin C! Also, by eating a nutritional diet with fruits and vegetables, your skin will automatically have a healthy glow from within!
Do not shave unless you know your body can tolerate it! NOT EVERYONE can shave without it coming in dark and coarse. Be sure to test first and make sure you do not have hormone issues.
I like everything said here except using sunscreen. We have been lied to about the sun. It is absolutely necessary for optimal function of our bodies. We were made for sunlight. I’m not saying to get burnt. We should be sensible, but sunscreen is not the answer. Your skin needs sunlight
We don't have a real facial fur anymore to protect us from sunlight like other terrestrial species... 😊😊😊 Just to feed the entire reflexion on this topic, no problem for me if you're not into sunscreens 🤗
You’re a gorgeous woman with a few more years more than I! You make aging seem like something to look forward to for sure! I do always tell people the things that we consider “aging” aren’t what they seem- like gray hair, wrinkles bad joints, eyesight loss; all have one thing in common. Parasites cause wrinkles because they eat our collagen, heavy metals clog our hair follicles and are pushed out of our hair like we’re a Chia pet and cause gray metal, posing as hair being pushed from scalp- parasites cause ocular degeneration, and bad eyesight and parasites cause liver spots, and parasites eat cartilage in our joints. This is not a conspiracy. Everything I mentioned has a clinical study easily found online to be proven true. Even the definition of viruses is “Obligate parasites” in med school journals. If there were no such thing as parasites, there would be no such thing as human aging. There are 6 million species of parasite, in only 3000 species of snakes, which means the serpent in the Bible, quite PROBABLY based on statistics means parasite. Aging, it’s fun when you do it without Parasites. then you realize we really are eternal beings. Yes, every single disease is caused by these serpents as well. Happy full moon, best time to do a parasite cleanse.

The hot dog water smell is actually a trait of the ferulic acid. Doesn't necessarily mean it's gone "off"
