Also, I think everyone in the souls community should be a little nicer to each other because at the end of the day we all enjoy playing these games
Yea I agree about the bosses especially end game of Er. Just so obvious those bosses are designed for you to use ash summons. So if you wanna solo the game which is a very moderate and reasonable goal, you almost can’t. You’re working against a design philosophy if you go solo. It’s the opposite of what FSW has done in the past since DeS. They encourage you to use ash summons in Er and that’s not good. It’s funny bc when you do use them, those same bosses become a cake walk. The balancing is horrid. Abysmal. It’s either going to be unreasonably difficult and frustrating, or it’s going to be a complete joke. And it sounds like they doubled down with this design choice in the dlc which is expected but still very disappointing nonetheless. And it’s not a few , it’s damn near every boss. Example. Smough and Ornstein was designed for a solo encounter however made easier if u summon. Godskin Duo was designed for coop or ash summons , so going in solo, you’re fighting against an AI that was created to not be fought with one person which results in a hair ripping nightmare. The balancing of these bosses is so fucking bad. I miss when it was about getting good and knowing that you can master the encounters. In ER, they want you to summon and that blows.
It's okay if you don't like the bosses, I don't want to be that guy who forces his opinion on people. But If you haven't maybe give a level 1 run without a try it helped me change my mind about a lot of bosses👍 (also if you are having trouble with a move you can ask me cause I know this game like the back of my hand)

Maybe New Meta Weapons we will see.
why doesnt the lvl matter much?
if i do 5% more for every remeberence of in the dlc
of course lvl does matter
5% of RL 1 char with lvl 1 weapon
is not the same as 5% of a RL 150 char with maxed out weapons
I think he means once you are 150 or higher, leveling up further is useless here and won’t increase your power at all basically and you need to use the new system as your level ups instead. It’s like level 150 or so is the new level 1 and now you level up by exploring and finding items rather than spending runes
Also it seems like you get the extra dmg and dmg negation from collectibles found around the world. I would imagine they are similar to prayer beads from Sekiro if you have played that.
@@Forgottenmyname
yeah sure but didnt prayer beeds were for hp? i think the best comparisem would be the boss remberances (thats what made you stronger in sekiro, not the beeds)
but to my understanding in elden ring they give flat dmg bonusses
5%

You kind of sound like a salarian from Mass effect
So basically your criticism is just a skill issue, gotcha
Your shitty elden ring aint a 10/10 and dlc wont be either
he literally says he does lvl1 runs, are you illiterate or deft? these dark souls elitists man, absolute cringe lmao

Bro you literally played 3 hours of the game. Complaining about DLC bosses is the definition of GET GUUD
i dont think the main criticism is really valid
Yes it is, im sick of you from soft fanboys elden ring isn’t perfect
@@_CrimsonBladeit not really valid criticism on the game more like the demo, because he wanted to test out weapons, but didn’t have enough time it’s mostly because of the time limitations on the demos part.
You aren’t really forced to use ashes I know many people who are just fine without them
@@D0verking69 the vast majority of people think the bosses are too hard without them
It's okay if you don't like the bosses, I don't want to be that guy who forces his opinion on people. But If you haven't maybe give a level 1 run without a try it helped me change my mind about a lot of bosses👍
(also if you are having trouble with a move you can ask me cause I know this game like the back of my hand)
@@D0verking69 I don’t think I’d last very long in a SL1 run lol especially in ER
There is one boss from the souls games , before Er, that I never managed to beat. Midir. I put him up there with Malenia.
@@stevemichael652 yeah Midir is the hardest in DS3 for me by a landslide, took me like 15 tries to beat him lol
When you described the lack of openings.. man I knew this was going happen.
Skill issues
First!
Oof, this sounds like more Consecrated Snowfield level tedious.
I have only 2 characters who are 150 and 200 level. Every other is 130 or under.
I'm level 510 and on ng5 everything from then on still oneshots imma pass on this barely defeated maliketh last time
Yeah that's my biggest concern is that all the new content being locked being beating mohg
This game was made by AI no way a human made this.
You DARE criticize The All Mighty Elden Ring? Have you lost your f%$@ mind?
The base game is imbalance
I hope this DLC will do better
I want a fun boss fights like in bloodborne and sekiro not chaos everywhere like malikith and final bosses of the base game of elden ring
Were you not paying attention? The dlc will be unbalanced just like the base game he just said it and other who have played the game have said the same thing
They aren’t imbalanced you’re just bad
@@remasterzoofrombo152
I finished sekiro 3 times and the dungeons of bloodborne my boy + DS3 with the 2 DLCs and i can say for sure
Bosses of the base game especially near the end game from malikith to radagon the imbalance is so clear and the spike of difficulty goes wild
So relax i know what bad player is
Just like you
@@nasimacdnanovic1196 I’m the bad player but you’re the one complaining the game is unfair and imbalanced alright 👍👍
@@remasterzoofrombo152
Because i know when the boss is fair and fun
Not chaos everywhere with one move that kills you like waterfall of malenia
And other bosses
The point is :- you can't master them their moves are so chaotic and thats mean a bad boss design
I love fromsoft and i am a fan of this studio but Elden ring is not my fav souls game its for new players and will never be on the level of other souls games
Maybe the DLC will be fun who knows

20-30 hours ? That’s horrible lmao I mean that can’t be true. 2 years for a 20 hour dlc ? The base game on average was 80-100 for average player base
The dlc is barely a quarter of that? And it took them 2 years. Are u shitting me ?
Elden Ring took over 5 years to develop with a much larger team. Also it’s just a prediction. Might be more might be less
It is more 40-50h depending on how many quests/secret places you want to unveil.
More you will know in 8 days 🤐
So even more bosses where you have to dodge for 2 mins straight while waiting for a single opening... they didn’t learn anything from the base game 🤦
I don’t remember a single boss not having common openings, and I was powerstancing great hammers for most of the game. You need to hit them during delayed attacks, and stay close while trying to strafe rather than dodge some attacks
Cry me a river 😝😝😝😝😝

@@cantu7214 im so hyped for the DLC sorry
Is it worth doing the level system thing? Like the option on the grace. Is it worth doing or just play with my own damage and stuff?
The best advice I can give is that as people are more or less skilled, to calibrate the dificulty by themselves. If you feel that a boss its getting too though than it should be, then do it, if you feel you don´t need it, dont do it.
