Thank you for your question! Actually, it is not easy to improve "Sight reading" quickly. Please play a lot of easy pieces (pieces you learned before starting RCM) every day. Please play different pieces every day. If you can do this every day, I'm sure you'll see progress in a month or two. Always check the key signature and time signature before playing. As your “Sight reading” improves, you will enjoy music more. I hope this helps. Keep it up!!
Hi Alejandro, nice to hear from you again! For intervals, level 4 will be the same as level 3 (ascending AND descending). Not until level 5 will the examiner play ascending OR descending. Best of luck on your exam!
@@alejandropianist6466 Hi Alejandro, Thank you for your question. I am very happy to help, so no worries! I am sending you a link to the RCM Syllabus. rcmusic-kentico-cdn.s3.amazonaws.com/rcm/media/main/about%20us/rcm%20publishing/piano-syllabus-2022-edition.pdf Please take a look at page 39. You will be asked to play a 4 measure melody for sight reading. Also I really recommend you to buy the RCM Four Star sight reading and ear tests book for your level 5 if you will take the level 4 exam soon. This book will help you a lot with your level 5 exam. www.amazon.ca/Four-Star-Sight-Reading-Tests/dp/155440746X/ref=sr_1_1?crid=3LKEP8IO98I0N&keywords=rcm+four+star+level+5&qid=1658171553&sprefix=RCM+four+star%2Caps%2C104&sr=8-1 Please keep up your hard work and feel free to send me your questions!

For intervals. In level 4, can intervals be played descending? Or just ascending?
