@@derekblenkarn7171 that's certainly true. but still a lousy set time. I wouldn't have minded seeing Tones BUT over Duran Duran (which was THE Headliner) not a chance. I wouldn't want to compete against one of THE greatest bands of all time even if they regularly tour.
@@deathlarsen7502 that's why I absolutely HATE festivals, the times always suck. But, I would also argue that the crowd for DD is a little different than the Tones crowd. I'd bet the majority of DD fans don't know who Tones even is.
How Duran Duran got a following overlapping with Tones is astounding. Tones is more aligned with the theme of this festival, they haven't played in 40 years, and DD just finished a big tour.
