Their voices were so soft it was hard for me to hear and understand. I turned on the close caption as well so that I could try to copy down in my notes what they were saying. Thank you for the lesson.

It wasn't the volume so much as the not speaking clearly enough , felt like they were mumbling . One could say they were talking into the phone as oppose to out loud for us listening
