Corian Table Fabrication - Cutting a Bullnose on CNC

Reintroducing a table on CNC to cut the edge profile. A purpose-built spoiler board was made to vacuum down the Corian solid surface table. This allows the full round bullnose, profile bit to pass all the way around the perimeter of the table. This makes sanding the edge bullnose much easier because the cut and speed are consistent.

Awesome! What was your design for the spoil board?

It's the same shape as the part but a little smaller. Plus it has a 1/2" gasket rope around the perimeter for a.perfect seal.
