I saved a TNT 340 from trash. It's almost ready to run but I need seat. The hood is cracked and zip stiched and it needs windshield. I like watching these old sled vids to see what it looked like in it's prime days.
I found a 75 Suzuki SM440 Fury in the Trash, brought it back home and had it running in less than an hour. Years later I sold it for 275 and I hate myself for that.
I had one of those also, perfect shape, sold it. Also had a 73 brut 440 triple, sold that had a 71 polaris 250 twin with dual pipes , old race sled. Sold that .... kick myself in the ass every time I see those old sleds.
Sadly, the first Ski-Doo they started with, was claimed to be a 1959 was more of a 1969ish sled, the one next to it was a 1960. I like these shows, but would like them to have a general idea of what they are standing next to... Maybe put signs on them with the date and data on them. I was running these when they were new... ride for an hour and work on them for four hours...
