The idea of minimum wage also results in less revenue for businesses, as employers are required to pay employees a certain wage, but does that mean employees don't deserve minimum wage? Of course not. Revenue should not be the deciding factor. Just like any other job, the women's national team should be paid according to their merits, talents, performance, and achievements, which are quite frankly SUPERIOR to the men's; as the women have won 3 world cups while the men have won 0 (and the men even failed to qualify for the previous Mens World Cup!), and the women's national team games rack up higher TV viewership than the men.
It's also a federal law that the employers pay their employees the same amount, regardless of gender, when they clearly put in the same amount of work.
