Great video bro I’ve been waiting for this for a while now been using them for pod for a while without even trying samples just knew they were great suppliers
Something I’ve been curious about are the fulfillment and shipping fees and just how expensive they are compared to Printful which is what I’ve been using. I like the quality Printful brings, but they’re fulfillment fees are insanely expensive. I was thinking of bulk ordering some tees with my designs already on them if possible and just shipping them out in my own custom packaging with my brand on it, but as of now I’m not sure what to do. If anyone has any helpful information for a first time seller I’d love to know. Just trying to make it out here as a starving artist.
awkward styles pricing is way better than printful for sure. I have been working with them for like 6 months now and the quality is consistent and really good.
Does their design production when it’s printed on the T-shirt more of a vivid color shiny because I’m struggling on other POD services where it looks very faded and dark, Even if anybody can answer this for me that be great
They all have their pros and cons. It depends on the way you sell. The following video may help you out. Best Production Method to Get Your T-Shirts Printed ruclips.net/video/2dWFtYzG_DE/видео.html
I love Awkward styles but I wish the prices were a little better, they charge a few bucks more than other POD and shipping is more, it adds up when you are competing against in-house sellers who can sell shirts for so cheap, its hard to take a few buck cut.
Hmmm, I don't know. I use them and they have pretty good prices. Kerry Egeler made a video comparison with some print providers' prices and awkward styles was one of the best, you should check
Which products do you use? I use them a lot and haven't run into stock issues. There are a lot of supply chain issues worldwide, so I'd look into the brand you're using and their general stock availability in other print providers because it's not always up to the POD company, sometimes the brand just doesn't have stock
I really wanted to like this company but all of the garments I receive from them come with stains on it. Has anyone else had this issue? And I live in L.A. I'm like come on, Awkward Styles. That's how you do a local. LOL. All of my shipments have to have pre-treament stains that won't come out in the wash. SMH.
@@HustleNinjas ordered samples from Printful, the red didn't look red, had a weird outline, the yellow wasn't vibrant, not something to push out for a brand, if you are just selling stores on Etsy then it's fine, otherwise, disappointed.
I agree to an extent. Quality isn’t 100% spot on for a brand, but I know a lot of brands that do use POD. I know we always find ourselves to be our worst critics. You should see what a customer thinks.
@@HustleNinjas true, when you have a vision, you want to see it look a certain way, at least the way you have it in your mind, in addition the pricing is Madness, doesn't leave much room for margins with POD, especially with branding - front print and internal tag print or back print, you end up selling a shirt for close to $30 if not more then the client still has to pay for shipping, not making much on each shirt. Still researching what the alternatives are I saw your video on TKO, taht may be the route for me to go depending on shipping times and price to Canada 🍁
@@KingChozen ..I agree the POD quality is not good. I tried print melon, customcat, and printful and all subpar. I cannot sell that stuff. Here I go to try out awkward styles! Did you find a solution?
Is Awkward Styles eco-friendly? I have been trying to find an ethical eco friendly POD company. Do you guys use sustainable practices for selling and shipping processes (no plastic/ recycled products. reduce carbon footprinting).
Hi Angellin! We use water-based eco-friendly inks, and limit our plastic usage to only what's necessary for packaging, without compromising its safety during transit!
They’re all different and decision is typically based on preference, there’s things I like about one that I don’t like about the other. I highly suggest you make a free account with both and take a look around to see which works best for you.

Can I ask how your experience with them was?
Owner sounds honest and fair. I like the vibe of the employees. Will definitely be checking them out. Great tour!
They are one of the best print providers on the market rn. Good to know how they started.
It is very pleasing to see someone from Turkey here, good luck with your work, Gökhan.
Best video I have seen thus far. getting to see the complete prosess puts many things in order in my head, but I see other possibilities.
I tried them after seeing this video and I'm so happy I did. I cam to thank you Rich, lol!
I'm sold. Will try this company. Thanks for sharing.

Just another beautiful day in LA, my dudes.
Whats your favorite print method? What do you prefer? DTG, DTF, screen printing, transfers?

Great video. I’m impressed with the owner’s beginning

I just tried them the other day and I don’t mind the price for the quality. The quality of print is amazing and was exactly what I wanted
@@elevated-apparel Well, his content and courses have helped me a lot to start my business.

Wow that's horrible. Why would they even send that? They didn't even see it? Did you abandon them?
I just ordered my first sample, I have high expectations lol
How did it turn out?
How much does Awkward Styles charge per a t-shirt that they produce with your design? How much do you take home vs what they take home?
The pricing is on their site. You take home the difference that you charge the customer.
What kind of shirt are you wearing in this video?
Hi, just registered on awkward styles and got pro account free for 30 days !! How to make best use of it. I am a begginer.
Sbonge 🙌🏾
Hi does awkward styles ship internationally or just in the USA?
International
Print on demand has been disappointing so far in terms of quality.
Depends on who you use. Personally, I haven’t found quality to be bad from POD. Who are you using?
