Excessively priced, that's the reason not able to sell. Layout is not something to shout about, pretty simple. It is only a good investment for Airbnb purpose, definitely not suitable for family stay. Who wants to spend family's quality life and time by looking at the city view everyday? You soon would get fed-up after a short while with all the concrete jungle surrounding you, trust me. The environment is full of traffic jam most of the time, polluted air, polluted noise, etc. Life is not great just because Pavillion is around the corner. You can't be spending most of your time going shopping, can you? If you have lots of money to invest, it is okay but it is only good for renting out, or for Airbnb only. Definitely not a house to be proud of to stay.

其实好人您是拥有一间房屋【还是属于独立式】,接这类型的业配,说真没有说服力【这是我个人感想】,商家会找您来业配或许是因为您之前的VLOG介绍您的屋子+装修影片关系,但是我觉得商家可能不大了解客户~
